The biggest event on the Uni Blacks social calendar is back, and it is my pleasure to formally invite you all to the Blacks Masquerade Ball 2018.
This is one event that speaks for itself with attendance a must for anyone who's anyone in the Inner North, but if that wasn't enough this year guests will be ask to don their finest masque's, in a tradition that can be traced back to the 15th century French and Italian aristocracy. With masquerades traditional reputation for unseemly behavior, escorted women and assignations it is sure to be a night to remember.
Like the traditional Venetian festivals, the Black's Masquerade ball will encompass music and dancing, with a liberal approach to beer and wine.
It will again be thrown as a cocktail style ball, with the food to be provided by the team at Ed Dixon Food Design, who did a phenomenal job last year.
Now to the details, tickets will be $110 per head which will cover entry drinks and food. All you will need to provide is a mask. There will also be discounts offered to U19's players (and affiliates) as well as some early bird tickets (limited).
Music: We have managed to secure the service of a widely sought after disc jockey straight out of the inner north, more info to come.
